Join us for a relaxing way to start your weekend. Whether this is your first yoga class or you have practiced for years, this class is for you.
Class will taught by Tommie from Updogny.com
Her mission statement is to bring hope, happiness, and the tools for movement and meditation to those who need it most.
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Bring your own yoga mat, large towel or small blanket and a water bottle. We currently do not have restrooms on-site so please plan accordingly.
The class will be held in the alpaca field and you will have the opportunity to feed them snacks, if you choose to feed them. In the event of rain, the class will be rescheduled. We will contact you by 1pm on the day of the event, if the weather indicates we will need to reschedule.
